Meet Derek Essary & Brittany Walker

Derek Essary is a third-generation Gilroy real estate agent whose roots in the south bay

run deep. He was born and raised in Gilroy and attended the Gilroy Early College

Academy or “GECA” then received his B.S. in Business Administration through San

Jose State University.

Brittany Walker grew up in the Salinas Valley where her family business- Slaton &

Son Roofing has thrived for over 40 years. She attended Notre Dame High School

then went on to achieve her B.S. in Business Administration through Ashford

University.

They have been licensed since 2015 and have been fortunate to help over 200

families buy or sell real estate. They have been recognized as the Top Agents for

Coldwell Banker Gilroy and Top 1% of Santa Clara County Realtors.
